    Rpgnow creditcard information stolen

Given that I have a debit card, it's probably much safer for me to use paypal. If I bothered to get a proper credit card, I'd be a lot less concerned about using it online, but with a debit card you don't have the same sort of built in protection.

    Suggested Rule: Balancing ...

This runs into a slight problem: Without the ranks, a poor balance check will occasionally save you from sneak attack damage. Whereas a successful one will still allow it. I like the taking 10 idea better.

If you could add one new ability score, what would it be?

Agreed. And it drives me crazy when a cha penalty is justified by something related to physical appearance. Since appearance should modify some social interactions, there should be some game mechanic for it, but it shouldn't be as primary as an ability score. Maybe have it be a skill...

Check the balance of a feat for me

Attack focus is pretty good, but it needs clarification and probably tweaking to play well with TWF.

How do non-lawful fighters multiclass to boost their Will saves?

Don't barbarians get a bonus to will save while raging? A 1 level dip + the extra rage feat will grant many benefits besides the will save, too. Hexblade is the other obvious choice, and they even get Mettle and their Cha to saves, if you want to take more than 1 level.

    Readying a partial charge

Unless, of course, you're slowed/a zombie.

Ignoring DR with an unarmed attack

There's a feat in (I believe) races of stone that lets your unarmed attack overcome some sort of material based DR. Can't remember which type off hand. And there's one elsewhere which lets it count as slashing/piercing as well as bludgeoning. Well, it would work on even a 1st level monk.

    A Warlock-Like Psionicist

A while ago, I posted a psionic monk that used a warlock style mechanic. The invocation-equivalents (mantras) should mostly be good for a psionic warlock, even if the rest of the flavor isn't what you're looking for.

    New Magic Item: Caster's Gloves

I doubt you could go wrong with the standard price for a +X weapon. I wouldn't even require the two seperate item creation feats. Because think about it: is +X to hit and damage more useful for a fighter, or a spellcaster? The fighter is going to be using that bonus several times per round...

Do high level Psions get the shaft or is it poetic justice for the arcane & divine

I think it is part of the design. Lower level psion powers often come with high level effects tagged on as an augment. You should go through and count all the psionic powers which have augments unobtainable until 17th level or higher. Evade Burst grants evasion for 13pp, but improved evasion...

    Dwarven defender question .

In one game I play in, our DM changed the prereqs from Toughness to Improved Toughness, and from Dodge to Heavy Armor Optimization. (I can't remember if the Endurance prereq was changed.) It's a nice class, but given that all the prereq feats are kind of sub-optimal, it's nice to be flexible...

    Swift Action Teleport?

I think there exist both dimension hop and dimension slide as low level teleportation spells. (2nd and 3rd level, maybe?) Both are much easier to quicken than even D-Door. There's also the variant specialist class feature that gives you a very short range teleport as an immediate action...

    Swift Action Teleport?

There's something in Complete Mage. I believe it is a level 8 spell, but it's cast as a swift action, and lets you teleport as a swift action for the spells duration. (With a quite limited range.)

    Manifester level troubles

It means an editor let one slip: it's an error. The first rule you quote is the primary one, and the rules for errata state that it takes precedence. I'm not convinced that it would necessarily be broken to allow otherwise; you still lose out on high level powers, and a lot of pp.

    Earned feats

The word feat is actually used for this sort of thing outside a gaming context. The Celtic word for the combat tricks heroic warriors trained in is usually translated as feat. The descriptions I've read in an anthro book sounded pretty much exactly like D&D combat feats. Here is a webpage...

    TWF Question

Only if you take that extra -2 on all your attacks. It can still be a good combo, but it's one you have to comit to at the beginning of your attack routine, not an afterthought at the end. You do need to enchant both ends separately.

Adding spell effects to magic weapons

Remember the actual rules for magic item gp values: Note that the formulas given in the table are a fall back if no similar item already exists. And the Effect section should take priority over the Spell Effect in any case.

Replacing Stat Boosting Items [Game Design]

Keep in mind that the various stat-boosting spells still work, so it's still possible to get an enhancement bonus to your stats, in addition to the extra points from leveling.

    Domain powers and Arcane Spells

This seems contradictory to the idea that a wizard's specialization should only effect arcane spells (which, I think, is also brought up in the FAQ.)

    Cure Minor Wounds 1/Minute

That's why I suggested the stationary qualifier; it means that you lose the time spent healing, rather than being able to do it while traveling.
