Pirate Borg -- any of you scurvy dogs have it?

People running Pirate Borg today can apparently win prizes: Update #4 (section "Talk like a Pirate Day Giveaways"). And there's also a chance to win a limited edition, if you post stuff on social media (instructions also in the KS update).

Also onboard. Apparently, I'm a (VTT) Kraken now.

Pirate Borg -- any of you scurvy dogs have it?

Yeah, it's definitely going well, and, in fact, even better than I expected. But it seems a lot of people liked what Limithron put out with the base game (personally, I found it also to be the most inviting for immediate play among all the Borgs).

How Dragonbane Pointed out the Clashing Desires of My Gaming Group

Yeah, I think that's a fair baseline. And I think even the more combat-oriented members of my past groups would have met it (maybe not (3), but at least the other four points).

Hasbro CEO Chris Cocks Talks AI Usage in D&D [UPDATED!]

I was thinking the same - for me it's a bit more (about 1/5 of the people), and I also got the feeling that the big hype is already over and while some people keep using generative AI, most people have either not picked it up at all or stopped using it after a while. Side note: I do wonder if...

How Dragonbane Pointed out the Clashing Desires of My Gaming Group

Sounds like a plan! I definitely get the appeal of a fixed game night (though I personally prefer Sunday to be more quiet), but maybe alternating between board games (or any other group activity) and roleplaying games will give you the necessary breathing room for prep - and hopefully also...

How Dragonbane Pointed out the Clashing Desires of My Gaming Group

If that's the issue, why not run bi-weekly games? I've not run weekly games since I left university. Not even with games I like a lot.

Electric Car Ownership - Any Experiences?

I think the problem is that it was tried (e.g. by Better Place), but didn't work out. Doesn't mean it can never work, but my impression is that right now, most countries go with the charger network approach.

Electric Car Ownership - Any Experiences?

Would agree here. By my current estimation, I should be able to do about 80% of my local driving on battery, and potentially could even get to the office (~70km) if it is fully charged. But I'd be safe to also get back even if I don't get one of the parking spots with chargers, and it would also...

How Dragonbane Pointed out the Clashing Desires of My Gaming Group

Yeah, that's a bit tricky then. You'll probably have to move at least group 1 to online play (unless you're lucky).
