It looks as though you get to use your charisma bonus twice, as you have written it... Also, why wouldn't a simple diplomacy check work as opposed to a new mechanic? Also, how does influence affect a character's leadership score?

I ran a campaign using DM Genie, and after getting used to it found it an excellent resource (however, I did have to enter NPC stats manually...) I haven't used it for a few years though.

In my last campaign, it was warforged a lot of the time, as well as a good bit of undead. In my current campaign, it'll be more scaly monsters (lizard folk, yuan-ti, etc...), goblinoids, kobolds, and later on probably some psionic mosnters.
