If I recall correctly, there are also a goodly number of Tieflings in Sarlona. The ECS mentions that the inspired have a bit of demon blood in them. Also, the Dragonborn will slide nicely into Q'barra where there are already tribes of "Lizard Men," and at least one dragon guarding something.

You could actually get BGII to play turn-based using the auto-pause features. Of course, this applied only to combat, but it was close enough imho. (I preferred the autopause kicking in when: a) enemies died, b) spells were cast, c)Enemies were sighted)
