I love mythology, but I don't expect any realism in it. Really? I would agree if you had said Exalted. Most characters from mythology had divine ancestry. I've never played in a D&D game that had a character with divine ancestry.

You have no idea, dude. For various reasons, I haven't gotten to play D&D in over a year. 2006 is probably the FIRST YEAR EVER that I haven't played since I began in 1980. Crap, what a rotten year.

Although I do vote on one, I do believe these are pretty pointless. I remember a few years ago, the local rock station did the same with several classic bands. When it got down to the last two, people were getting angry about results saying so-and-so is better than so-and-so and NOT being nice...

IMO, that's 90% of WotC's releases these days.

It all depends on the character possessing the wand. If I were a good-aligned individual, I'd be happy to share my wand as needed. If my character were evil, I might not even let anyone else know I have it.

I got lots of clothes. A new wallet. A new belt. A few weeks ago, I bought myself the new Kalamar Players' Guide pdf. I still have a $20 gift card for Wal-Mart. I might add another $20 to it and order Fiendish Codices I & II.
