Ya, that's the one one I made and was linked/mentioned above. My new converter (also linked above) is probably a bit more accurate - you just have to add the extra traits.

I did the original RotRL conversion he's likely talking about as well. I'd suggest you refine some of those numbers as my new converter is likely more accurate, but it doesn't get all the details. Either way should work.

This is what I was suggesting as well. It's probably the best method without invalidating the Battle Master or making Manuevers OP.

Disarm is already an option in the DMG. You could try to make similar things for some of the others. Some will be easier than others. Most will be turned into an action using some skill contested by the enemies' skill.

Any chance of releasing the images themselves? I'd love to use these on Roll20. You should add these to the marketplace there.
