    Ridiculous amount of buffs

My idea for new buffs: 1. There are no +1/-1 buffs, only yes or no buffs. 2. Buffs are for real spellcasters (as Wiz, Clr) only, buffs (Sp) for monsters are alraeady included in stats. 3. You can't dispel a buff, they all are Su.

How often do you level in 3.*e?

It's even more weird, when one PC graduated magical academy after five years of study and another PC simply choose wizard as his new class when he advances at new level.

How often do you level in 3.*e?

Once per month, once per 6-hour four game sessions. Bought adventures encourage me to make it more frequently, but I think 4 game sessions are perfect to enjoy and learn new level abilities.

Cormyr: The Tearing of the Weave

My favorite designers (among a few others). Cormyr is my favorite FR place because of sentimental reasons. Probably I will buy this trilogy.

Prep work? What stinking prep work?

I love the preparations, so the more of them the better, but I have no enough time, so I follow DMG2 preparation advices. It takes usually 1 hour a day (0'00-1'00am) which makes splendid 4-6 hours a week.

So how much does WotC get out of you per year?

Less than $50 but I used to buy from other publishers, too.

    Witchfire Collected Edition

Everyone of my 5 players paid some bucks for this adventure. I promised them 10+ game sessions. And I warned them about railroading and they agreed to be patient. I think they can be very dissapionted if after 3 game sessions I will say "game over, you are out of railroad track".

    Witchfire Collected Edition

I've used these two advices, and with a little luck, I ran successfuly infamous climax of "The Longest Night". First, Privateer Press added (in Collected edition) to Alexia's equimement ring with wall of force spell - very handy thing to railroad some scenes. Second, I have had some luck...

Mearls says adventures are hard to sell [merged]

1-40 Any. Both and many more. I hate such plots and I love them. Yes, plus glacier and all other possible. Am I crazy? I need only one adventure right now, but I will need another one toworrow and third one day after tomorrow. Adventures don't look like Fast Moving Consumer Goods, so...

100 Problems that aren't solved by violence alone

One person in public accuses the second of some crime. Killing of accuser = to admit to be guilty.

Mearls says adventures are hard to sell [merged]

I prefer adventures than rulebooks. I have only 6 rulebooks (plus some bindeed photocopies of several pages from the rest) and nearly 30 3-3,5e adventures from various publishers. And War of the BurnSky probably will be next. So, present policy of WotC is a blessing for me.

RHoD - Ruins of Rhest - SPOILERS

Bell tower can be very cinematic place for combat. Ti's like a chimney with partially fallen stairs atached to the walls and dark deep abyss in the middle. There can be even ropes left from old bells to make "ziiiiip" over the abyss. As far as I remember, there is a grid of belltower in...

Cormyr: The Tearing the Weave; Anyone have it?

WotC can consider me buyer, because Cormyr and Dales are my first, beloved rpg places. I bought "Four from Cormyr" about 10 years ago because of this sentiment only.

Are Druids regarded as the most powerful class in 3.5?

Druid was most combat-powerful class I played 3,5e. Flexible, good skills, flashy spells, shapechange to powerful bear form. I played 3,5 Wiz, Ftr, Pal and shadowcaster.
