Yellow Submarine Nagoya is my B&M store. They sell about 30% magic, 10% boardgames and 60% Japanese trading card games I know next to nothing about. D&D is a sliver, though they have a nice dice selection, not great but nice. We play Lair Assaults and an ongoing campaign there on most Sundays...

Unreadable? That is pretty strong. They can easily be ignored, and they only cover the top part of the site, if you scroll down they disappear.

Well, it sounds like your DM is used to a certain way of playing, which might well be the way your DM likes to play, including favorite spells. I don't see a problem, just stand your ground.

Overall it sounds good to me, and I do not see any huge problems. Some classes, like the barbarian, would need tweaks as they rely on their dailies for their main class features.
