YES. It's a solid (VERY solid) collection of feats, and although you probably won't use them all in your game, they provide some new useful tricks for your PC/NPC.

I just got my copy (thanks for the rapid e-mail response, Phill!) and haven't read it completely still, but upon first glance there were more than a few feats that really caught my eye. 101 feats, another 101 feats and 101 more feats will make my players hate me even more.
