No, because you can't prove or disprove reincarnation. However, it should be rather easy to prove that playing D&D has never resulted in a portal from hell opening and the world being flooded with demons and devils.

Yeah, but NOT for entering the square, the large creature gets the AoO when the person LEAVES that first threatened square. A medium sized (or small) character with a reach weapon like a long spear gets an AoO against someone moving into a square adjacent to them as well.
Note that you do NOT pass out at 0 hit points, you become disabled. You are still conscious and can take actions, though pretty much anything other than moving makes you lose 1 hit point right after the action resolves.
If you just remove the -1 AC penalty to the weapon, then it makes it much better then the maul, which is the blundgeon version of the dwarven waraxe and bastard sword. I'd just perfer to remove the warmace all together and just call it a maul.
