There's likely licensing issues with quite a few of the other older games, including (especially) Buck Rogers. But also the old Marvel RPG, Amazing Engine, Indiana Jones, and even Alternity (another company picked that up or at least has the license since they're working on a new edition).

I used Echohawk's handy dandy collector's guides as a reference for this list. All of those things you mentioned (along with Boot Hill, Indiana Jones, Top Secret, Amazing Engine and all the other old TSR stuff) are more difficult to track down as far as full lists of products go.

It would appear that the Karameikos PDF has been taken down, at least for the time being. As for Priest's Spell Compendium Volume II, its been available since May and the "new" listing seems to have been an error or a glitch.

A couple of late additions this week... Karameikos: Kingdom of Adventure (2E Mystara) Priest's Spell Compendium Volume II There's a bit of a hiccup, though. Karameikos is available on drivethrurpg but not dmsguild, while Priest's Spell Compendium 2 is available on dmsguild but not drivethrurpg.
