D&D 5E (2024) If Your Builds Not Online By Level 6 Dont Bother?

Maybe a solution is to make more classes so that the builds are a single class with cool powers at 3rd and 5th level? I always like the 4e swordmage, but to try and build one in 5e is more of a pain to me. If I really wanted, I could build a class that does this so I do not need to try and...

D&D General How would you feel if Official Adventures only covered 3 levels?

I always thought someone could take one of the defunct newspapers and turn the presses into making modules. The newspaper may not be the best paper to make modules, but it is cheaper and you can make battlemaps as center fold-outs. Heck, you can even have pages that pull out to make folded...

D&D General Best way to classify modules

I would skip to the current edition and just list them by level and world, so if you are looking for a level 5 spelljammer or level 12 realms adventure you can find it. Maybe add starter to those aimed at new DMs and players.

D&D General How would you feel if Official Adventures only covered 3 levels?

The box sets work for going a few levels or levels 1-5. These levels are fast(er) so I feel that can be one module. The other modules would likely be only 1-3 levels and likely less as you get higher. I know that is not the template for making coin with Wizards in today's game, but it would...

D&D 5E (2024) If Your Builds Not Online By Level 6 Dont Bother?

I think that most campaigns start with the ideal of going that far, but stuff happens. Is some of the issue with player thinking of a build that really cannot be built- or built by level 17? Should some campaign PC ideas be limited if it going to be a short campaign of say the summer or...

    D&D 5E (2024) Variant Human idea

Maybe is works balance-wise, but not really story-wise. A human likely would not learn two trades by the time they are 18ish which is what the game assumes is the time they decide to become an adventurer. Makes more sense for and elf and a dwarf, but they get enough features. Should just...

Announcing the Epic Release of “Chronicles of Cresthaven: Echoes from the Hollowmere Crypt”

I'm likely not the only one thinking that this was going to be an adventure module and not a paperback, but good luck with it being a success.
