I don't mind if we get a Non-Humanoid style player options book. I just hate the fact that it's probably not coming this year since we are getting the MM, Dragon Adventure Book, and the two Forgotten Realms book for the 2025 offering.

The more you get corrupted, the more your Shadow starts reflecting it and looking.......not right. Needless to say, you don't want to max out corruption.

Keep in mind that Nightfell:Children of The Moon *IS*the second book in the Nightfell 5E line(the pathfinder 2e version was kick-started last year for the first book). So if you do get Children of The Moon, there might be a few mechanics here and there that were defined in the first Nightfell...

Naaah. It's 5E+mechanics unique to the 3pp material like corruption, new spells, renamed classes here and there and what not.

You even get weakness to silver and suffer damage from it based on how many Wild Dice (your class resource) you currently have. (Which you tap out at 8 wild Die once you hit level 20).

I would say that as long as you have no probs with Refluffing stuff, ANY 5E stat block can be used with bog standard 5E.

I still need to get the 5E Bestiary for it. I was quite surprised it won best monster book of the year for a 5E product in 2023 or 2024 IIRC. Which shocked me a lot.
