[MEG/OWP] Mystic Eye Grows and with a twist- new imprint, Open World Press

Just out of curiosity, are the shaman and witch classes completely new, or are they borrowed from somewhere else? A quick peek at the reviews page shows that there are already 2 shaman books (Green Ronin (I have this one) and Mongoose) and 3 witch books (Citizen Games, Green Ronin, and Mongoose).

    Compainies you haven't tried

Is this for real? How soon can we expect it? If you're quick, you can beat FFG to the market, because according to FFG's website, Sorcery & Steam has slipped again (now postponed until June). Someday I'll manage to get my hands on a magic & steamtech book...

    Compainies you haven't tried

Actually, I agree completely. I have it, and I'm looking forward to DMing again so I can run it. I meant that I forgot that it was from Fiery Dragon, so I check a box that I shouldn't have.

    Compainies you haven't tried

Hrmm... Subtract one from Fiery Dragon. I forgot about Of Sound Mind. (How could I do that?) As for the publishers I haven't purchased from, it's mostly lack of interest, although there are a few more books that I'd probably own if it weren't for cover/interior art that I consider to be so...

    Reigning in the casters?

I think the most important suggestion that has been made is to increase the number of encounters. I'm currently playing a wizard, and if I knew that I only had to deal with one encounter before I'd be able to refresh my spells, you'd better believe I unleash everything in my repetoire just as...

    A vanished review on SavSpe?

There was a rather glowing 5-star review, and it was fairly long, though IIRC the reviewer got flamed for being too excited and not objective enough or some such. I was wondering what happened to it yesterday. Ah... according to the Google cache, it was done by Michael Burnaugh on 11-Feb-03...

How do I get a Product added to D20 Reviews?

Log in to the review site (it has its own log in). Go to the Kenzer page: http://enworld.cyberstreet.com/reviews/index.php?sub=yes&where=publist&which=Kenzer+%26+Co There's an "Add New Product" link just above the list of products.

[semi-Rant] As a DM, does item creation ever get you down?

Good point. Hrmm... One solution that might work would be to have a wizard's guild that kept a library of codices. The guild could accept new codices in the place of membership dues, which would encourage wizards to donate newly found/created one after they were finished with them. The guild...

[semi-Rant] As a DM, does item creation ever get you down?

This is a really cool idea. I think I'll be using it, though I'll probably make themed codices (like the Codex of Wands of Cure Wounds, which would have instructions for all of the cure x wounds spells). For a little variety, you could even have the quality of the codices vary, with some...

Ditching all magic weapons; replacing with legendary weapons.

The reviews page uses a different account than the message boards, so you'll need to set up an account there, too, if you haven't already done so. I'm interested in seeing your review, too.

    [Fantasy Flight Games] Errata Page?

It's not real intuitive, but you can find it on the individual product pages. Legends and Lairs books are here: http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/llsource.html That's "d20 System" -> "Legends and Lairs" -> "Source Books" following the menu links starting at the main page. Dragonstar errata...

The Art of War (TLG PR)

<shrug> I was wondering that, too. Maybe he figures that this way he'll get some name recognition.

The Art of War (TLG PR)

Re: ? It might be this person: www.pen-paper.net/rpgdb.php?op=showcreator&creatorid=373 If so, it isn't exactly a glowing resume, but he has been published by FFG which generally has good stuff.

Adding Paraelementals to Summon Monster n

I like the paraelementals from the Manual of the Planes, and was thinking that I'd like to add them to the Summon Monster spells so I could see them in action. My first impulse is to add them to the same spells as the elementals, since the sizes & CR's match, but I'm not sure about it. The...
