It's the opposite, only clerics of Poseidon (among those of the Greek gods) can ride horses. The rest must use chariots. I guess that excludes other beasts that one could ride.

What would you roll for finding tracks? Both bushcraft and hunting would seem appropriate. Hunting is agility based, which is a point against, IMO, but tracking animals is explicitly listed as a hunting roll.

The parrot won't dive, but he'll circle close to the water, trying to release the crab piece when a shark is approaching. Then, if able, he'll fly to get another one.
Since I presume that the parrot can't functionally dive into the water, he'll keep picking up crab pieces and throwing them in the water to keep the shark away while someone else dives.
