Indeed. I'm also of the opinion that we're living in a real golden age: the hobby is widespread, the flagship game is successful, there are tons of different games available in many different styles and a lot of older material is accessible on PDF. Not to mention that it is possible to play...

I think that The Battle of Algiers is a great movie, a true masterpiece, IMHO. I also appreciate that while it is a very "partisan" movie, it still shows also the French point of view and does not shy from showing the brutal effects of the FLN terrorist attacks.

I'm sure that was extremely purposeful, to subvert a classic element from Alien. As a cat lover and as someone with a phobia about damage to the eyes, that scene was unsettling! :oops:
