Wolfwood2, that's an interesting way to handle it. Yeah, basically the character is trying to start a world-wide mage's guild. He dead that most guilds and major temples have the circles, and he just wants to know how to make one.

One of my players wants to make a permanent circle for the linked portal ritual. What would you charge. My first instinct was the cost of an 8th level magic item, but that's only 3400. It seems light to me. I also thought about 10x the ritual cost (6800). Anyone have thoughts?

It's really easy to do just one card in one of the MSE sets, if you need to. Find a similar card. Copy it. Paste it. Change the new version.

There's a really good chance they print and warehouse in the US, though. Most of their customers are likely here, and shipping the bulk of your product around inside one country is easier than a lot of customs officials and ports of entry problems.
