.... sounds so familiar!
Grr... I have it on the tip of my tongue...
Thanos during the Infinity Gauntlet Saga published by Marvel in the 90s?
Addressing the celestials?
Morrus,
I attempted emailing you last week to see if you could retrieve my password to my d20 Reviews account, but haven't received an answer back yet. However, I also sent you another email shortly before that one and I'm wondering if your filter didn't kill the latter.
If you could email me...
Congrats to both companies and no, this wasn't too much of a surprise (I thought you would have merged sooner, actually). I can't wait to see what the coming year will bring from MEG/THG. :)
Oh, and Doug: I'm waiting on a certain email, my friend. ;)
Oh, I'm not asking for you to disclose that private and possibly hurtful-to-someone information -- just explaining that I for one, was quite shocked.
And it appears I made a slight typo in my earlier post: I said AEG when I meant Atlas, but I've edited the previous post and hopefully it didn't...
I think the list of candidates is really great, and I happen to very much love the fact that I helped co-author one of the products (Thee Compleat Librum ov GarU'dok's Necromantic Artes)!
The only real shocker to me is that Atlas is placed above Malhavoc Press for some reason (Atlas is in the...
While I'm glad to hear that there will be another edition of Supers, and by Mike Mearls no less, I think it is extremely bad form to come to a publisher's boards that intend to publish a d20 Supers work to be sold and take the following attitude:
:(
Actually, you're wrong there. Dark Sun had cannibalisitic, feral halflings, yes, but they weren't the blind, albino halflings offered up in the Shattered Lands computer game.
/me knows his Dark Sun. ;)
Hmm... I think I just figured out the problem for many users (at least the IE 6 ones):
Go to Tools, then Internet Options. Click the Security tab and then click the "Trusted Sites" icon -- from there, be sure to input "https://test.cyberstreet.com" and "https://www.enworld.org" into your list...
LOL!
Is your campaign titled "How to rip off old Dark Sun PC games by SSI"? :p
Seriously though, what you just described above is a perfect description of a race offered in the old DS Shattered Lands game.
Glad to see its closed now, but I hate the fact that Andy Collins had to be the one to inspire that it be done and now he's stated that WotC playtesting will be changed.
/me just walks away, hating being right as usual
*frickin' bump*
/me watches the thread in GD continue in amazement and wonders where the moderators are in this forum so that my latest question can be answered
I honestly cannot believe that this thread still exists, that so many people are contributing to Malik's blatant exposure of a pirated playtest .pdf, and that no one has raised the question of morality before me.
Bad form, to everyone involved.
/me gets off the soapbox and let's the discussion...
If entire feat descriptions and monster descriptions are listed in the thread above, does it warrant being locked down/deleted?
/me just wondering, as it seems to be getting more and more informative in there...
Here is an example on these forums of yet another person that got this pirated playtest copy.
Now yes, this is a "new member" (I'm guessing it is an existing member that doesn't wish to reveal their identity), but before anyone wonders -- he/she isn't me (do whatever check you wish).
/me...
Here I am, refreshing my page, and I get Morrus' message about the test starting, the real server is off, and he provides a link to the test forums.
But, the link doesn't work.
Then the test is completed.
Very nice and quick test! ;)
