I don't find my cleric to be overpowered. He has some good party spells and can defend himself in a fight but he's not great at taking the fight to the enemy. And for the record he never memorizes a cure spell just converts them.

Perhaps I should elaborate. The dungeon may be a temple devoted to Tiamat. I plan on placing a few journals mentioning things dealing with a Dracolich. (Just to freak out the players)

For EAB and BAB stacking you have to assume they do. Why? Look at some of the Epic Prestige classes that require a BAB of 20+.
