    Defintion of Creature and Enemy

Creature is anything you can possibly attack. Enemies are creatures that are neither you nor your allies.

    Banned for mentioning CBLoader...

I'm betting that since the OP's temp ban expired, he'll not be back here till he gets booted again and thus more discussion is pointless.

    Banned for mentioning CBLoader...

Complaining about a 24 hour vacation as though it were some massive insult is rather overwrought. WotC moderating their forums is a good thing. A heavier hand might actually be a better idea. Either way, its crazy to expect a company to let posts that encourage cracking of their product to...

What happened to a 3d VTT?

No. They might have been able to reuse a few models from the latest line, after they switched to a CAD program, but certainly not a lot of them and it wouldn't have represented a gigantic back catalog.

The biggest issue with the new Character Builder:

For a few days, it wouldn't run at all on my system. And since the program is heavily reliant on a server client connection, complaining about connection problems is a complaint about the program itself.

The biggest issue with the new Character Builder:

yeah, any sort of UI that takes 10+ seconds to respond is a bad app. The fact that it happens in several different apps doesn't change the fact that the CB is also a bad app.

The biggest issue with the new Character Builder:

The program's. Taking seconds or longer to respond to user input is crazy.

    Opportunity Attack Limit?

In 4e, you're limited to 1 per turn (ie one creature's standard, move and minor actions), not one per round or other cap. That said, I have ruled before that effectively all the creatures are just moving en mass, that is all going on one's move action, so only one OA. But that was a DM call...

How do these two feats interact? If at all...

The prone is part of the hitting on a charge. So the second feat wouldn't automatically work. More or less, if you hit with the first attack, you'd add "and knocked prone" to the end of the hit line.

What happened to a 3d VTT?

In addition, generating 3d minis takes a lot more money than a 2d one. For the 2d one, you generally just use the MM artwork. For a 3d one, you have to get someone to build a 3d model.

    Unhappy about the VT Announcement.

Actually I'll agree with pretty much all of that, and that's why the announcement of the VTT now has me really annoyed. For the VTT to have real value, it needs to have a bunch of other pieces in place first. The VTT in isolation from most other things is pretty pointless. I could be a...

    Unhappy about the VT Announcement.

It's also the lowest priority relative to everything else.

    Unhappy about the VT Announcement.

Look at the actual survey data. A VTT is one of the least wanted things. Now I agree that the people who wanted a VTT were very vocal, but choosing to ignore reasonable data in favor of anecdotes isn't solid methodology. FWIW, I've always felt that a WotC VTT was a bad idea.

    Unhappy about the VT Announcement.

The dev team has said repeatedly that at best they can only doing one thing at a time.

I've found that switching browsers can help. Currently the CB2 does as you describe for me in Safari, but will work in Firefox.

    Your DDI Account Status

Well, my current subscription is up in January sometime. At the moment, I have no real desire to renew it. If the CB becomes usable by that point and they finally get around to releasing something like an encounter builder/campaign manager, I might reconsider. Otherwise, the offline CB and MB...

The biggest issue with the new Character Builder:

That's pretty weak. The whole point is that WotC should have continued to provide the old CB even if in a depreciated state while working out the new one.

The biggest issue with the new Character Builder:

If a large number of unknown bugs were going to be an issue, perhapse WotC shouldn't have also pulled the old CB. Having some form of a CB available isn't that unreasonable.

Web-Based CB is Live (Official Announcement)

Alternatively, send the data regularly, but not in a way to lock the program up. I suspect though that it has to send it because the info on how to respond to the click is contained on the server.
