    Indeed... it's not the only thing that the CB doesn't do 100% yet... as I recall there were other issues with item slots as well.

    Additional... they only go to those that would normally be getting some. So any adjacent ally can benefit... as long as they are using their second wind, or you are healing them.

    That's how I'd read it... the PC is immobilized for a minimum of one round (his next) unless he gets a bonus SAVE from some other power or feat.

    Firing a bow that quickly is just as awe inspiring, to me at least. That said, I picture the crossbow as having been modified with multiple bow strings and levers and stuff... and having my mental camera angle such that I'm viewing the targets, not the crossbow. :p

    According to the compendium, unlike other weapons, the spiked gauntlet occupies your magic item hands slot while enchanted. So, non-magical spiked gauntlets don't take up any slot, though you need to be otherwise unarmed to use them as weapons, and enchanted, they take up the hands slot.

    It looks like that added in some placeholder names and never went back to fill in the proper at-wills. Positioning Strike (Ranger) doesn't even exist, nor does Inspiring Strike (Warlord). The powers exist, but not for those classes.

    The DM's approach varies quite a bit, and thus the expectations. These types of powers are nearly useless if the DM doesn't give any feedback or hints, in my opinion.
