    More Necromancy! One is a Charge that uses Fey Step, and one is Fey Step (with no +1). They're not the same thing. At least, that's how I'd solve the problem if I was your DM. That said, how many times can you hit AC in row with a basic melee attack?

    You are correct, and your DM is not. A Beast Master Ranger, on their turn, can use a move action to move themselves, their beast, or both.
