    The trigger for the stance is when you hit with a melee attack power. Footwork lure has it's forced movement as part of the hit line. On first read I'd say you finish the hit effect, which then triggers the stance. That said, I don't think it's too much to let the player choose.

    Whereas I would go with whatever the player wanted, wasn't there a FAQ that said they happen at the same time? That is you calculate the net change to the HP, and then apply it. I'll go snoop.

    I don't think there is a RAW reason why a PC shouldn't be allowed to allow themselves to be hit.... though I'd suggest that if they're going to drop their guard they need to drop it for both the primary and secondary attack (if in range) for the example given.

    By RAW, you ruled correctly. Saves happen at the end of the turn (except the special ones, yadda yadda), therefor if you're rolling a save, your turn has ended.

    If you miss every target you don’t expend the use of the power. In this case, the effect gives you a secondary attack, which has a target. If you hit with the secondary attack, you've hit a target, and the power is expended.
