Paths of Legend - Tragedy at Silvergard

Upon Alaric saying he was going to say his goodbyes, Corath tells the group at large, "I will meet you at the gates." She quickly takes her leave, finding her usual spot at the gate. She patiently waits the hour, keeping a lookout for Alaric. When she sees him approaching, she rejoins him.

Mortals require sustenance. "You have everything you require, then? Are we leaving now?" Corath looks at the others expectantly.

Yttermayn...you walked right into that one. ;) I'm prior military, been a military brat and spouse. I am faster at one-line comebacks than I am at math...and I'm an accounting major. ;)

It's not my fault that typing one handed is the only way you can stimulate your brain. :p  :D ;) Gotcha!!!

I'm voting against. Corath doesn't really need the mule. The only reason she would put money toward one is for Alaric due to speed "issues." ;) With a halfling along, we're not likely to be too concerned on that front. :p

Corath answers, "I have a hook and rope that can be used." She waits for Tarkesi's response to the map question. OOC: crazypixie's post that wasn't. Sorry, brain-fried.

To Arkhandus: Thanks for having Alaric save Corath from having to meet up with the group at another time. ;) I just couldn't seem to find a reason for her NOT to follow Iphithis given her background. :heh:

Paths of Legend - Tragedy at Silvergard

Corath looks in the direction Iphithis left. Alaric knows Iphithis. Perhaps I can learn more from Alaric. She turns her attention toward Alaric. "Of course." Her gaze shifts to the halfling known as Tarkesi. He sounds familiar, too. He is also a link to the half-elf. I can stay with...

Paths of Legend - Tragedy at Silvergard

Corath looked between Iphithis' exit and Alaric. He knows more than he is admitting. I need to know the identity of the Voice. Yet, Alaric needs my protection. She edged toward the door.

Regarding the mule, which is now MW apparently, Corath can contribute 2 gp. Okay, that's not exactly substantially, but it is something. At which point, Alaric can use the mule, too because Corathe certainly doesn't need to. Sorry for taking so long...it's been one of those weeks. :\

Paths of Legend - Tragedy at Silvergard

Corath watches the centaur's collapse and recovery dispassionately. I am no healer; I cannot help him. Better to let the others do something. After Aohdan regains his composure, Corath asks Tarkesi. "What do you know of a Thayvian Enchanter fighting the Shadow Knight and the Silver Shadow?"...

Let me get home, too, and take a look at Corath's sheet. I think she has enough to contribute sustantially to the mule. She doesn't need anything else, equipment-wise. Gotta love constructs. ;) I'll repost here sometime after 8 pm MDT tonight to let everyone know if I'm right.

    what do you do

Alright, my turn! ;) I'm a 34 (going to be 35) year old mother of four, been married for 11 1/2 years (hello crazypixie ;) ), and am currently in flux with what I want to do when I grow up. Actually, right now I'm finishing my AAS degree in accounting. I'm working for a...

Paths of Legend - Tragedy at Silvergard

Corath becomes visibly interested upon mention of the Silver Shadow and the Shadow Knight. She waits until Alaric has given his answer. "As I said, I go where Alaric the Wizard goes." I may now get the chance to learn more of my past. The Silver Shadow and the Shadow Knight are linked to the...

Paths of Legend - Tragedy at Silvergard

Corath, after looking sharply at the young woman the others called Estelle, leads the group through the streets. She weaves quickly and gracefully amongst the throngs in this area of the city. Upon reaching the dancehall she stayed in the night before, she enters and approaches the bleary-eyed...

Paths of Legend - Tragedy at Silvergard

Corath ignores the byplay, apparently unfazed. "I know of a place that should be deserted at this time of day. If you all are willing, we can go there. The dance hall I spent the night at is quite busy in the late afternoon and early evening. There is a back room where some of the dancers...

Paths of Legend - Tragedy at Silvergard

Corath stiffens a bit at the centaur's obvious disdain for her capabilities, or seeming lack thereof. Her hands twitch slightly at her sides, and she rubs her fingers across her palms. "That would be inefficient and ignorant. How could I continue guarding Alaric if I die?" She looks at the...
