    Some things not already mentioned: 1. Deal with cantrips. 2. Arcane/Divine divide among spells. 3. No casting in armor for Arcane casters. 4. Possibly deal with Ritual Casting. 5. Throw out the concentration mechanic.

    Sadly, those skeletons don't even have resistance to necrotic damage. Of the undead that a wizard can summon, only the Ghasts and Wights have resistance (Create Undead in a 8th level slot), though the Mummy is immune (Create Undead in a 9th level slot).

    Well, if the grappled creature doesn't fail the save from the tentacle slam, they simply take half damage and aren't stunned, so they could possibly break the grapple. It's pretty nasty for low strength characters, but not necessarily 'all she wrote' for them.
