If one loses line of effect when sustaining a power, then the effect is deactivated until LOE is re-established, correct? Or is it the case, that if you LOE when sustaing a power, then the effect is no more, period?

I think so. For example, i forget the exacts of punishing eye, but it states that allies within 3 sqaures of the eye do caster's +Con in damage with each successful attack, so if punishing eye was cast with venom gloves, would that aforementioned damage expression be 1d6+Con?

Do Gloves and Venom (and similar items) work with the power Punishing Eye (and similar powers)?
