Paizo has revealed some of the 1,500+ tabletop RPG publishers who have expressed an interest in their new Open RPG Creator's License (ORC), describing the group as the 'ORC Alliance'. The license itself is still being worked on, so these 1,500 publishers have not actually seen it or signed...

We'll this is all just smoke and mirrors until we see the actual new OGL, and if Wizards confirm they are never going to attempt to revoke OGL 1. Haha just noticed on my mobile keyboard, after I type OGL, the next word it suggests is greed

Everyone else is worried, I’m interested in how they think they can do this without signing OGL? Maybe they’ll keep publishing under the original OGL and see if Wizards tries to stop them legally!

Yup if WotC doesn't change path, Dragonlance will be my last purchase from them. I mainly brought it from nostalgia anyway. And would happily heck a re publishing of all the A5E books I already have, fingers crossed the backlash is big enough. But outside us hardcore types, I'm not sure it will...

Mine arrived today :) Edge of the box it all came in a little worn, but I am not keeping that, as it doesn’t close nicely so not bothered. Also storing wargame with other board game sized boxes, and book on DnD shelf

So what is your take on DL? Sticking to dime edition, or version of older rules, or maybe trying to emulate a specific set of books? For example the new WotC DL, although set in the original trilogy, have rules that don't represent the story much at all. How have you gone about this?

I agree entirely, is a player problem, not a PC problem if kender are played to annoy other players. Interestingly the Black Robes can use their Hit Dice to cause more damage with their spells, which I think it's cool
