Moving her into a command position (ala last night's episode) has the potential to make the character far more interesting than she has been so far.
*shrug* To me she just comes across as an actress wannabee who is trying to hard. There is no real badassittude there, just a surface veneer...
While I am personally not too worried about the whole thing, I don't think it is at all unreasonable for folks to ask for at least an update about the progress on the prize giveaway.
BTW not to interrupt the self righteous IDF bashing (including a bit of my own) but has anyone taken the time to verify the accuracy of the article? Looking at the RPGNet thread there is at least one Israeli poster who claims it is hogwash.
I really, really feel sorry for the folks in this fellow's chain of command.
"1st Sgt, send in the new SSgt. What's his name again?"
"Optimus Prime Sir"
"Stop yanking my chain Top!"
*sigh*
That would be my approach....primarily clean up the non-standard bits from the races & classes (odd racial bonuses for example) and even things out a bit better. The game playable as written just a bit wonky in some areas. I actually liked the FX system and wouldn't mess with it too much.
Gold Rush Games did a Chinatown supplement for their San Angelo city setting titled The Dragon's Gate. The .pdf can be found at RPG Now and is currently on sale for $7.95.
Gold Rush has a preview and a map online.
