    What are the new 'Classics'?

Not really a full blown adventure but I still use "Storm-peace" any time I have a group of new players, and they love it.

I've given them all the rope in the world. Let's see what happens.

WEG SW is my favorite. Just let them play around in the world. It is the only game that I never made adventures for. I alway just sandboxed for the players as we played. Let them enjoy the crazy wild die and give them a dark side point every once in a while to scare them straight.

WAR! huh! what is it good for?

Im currently running a 2.0 campaign and we are in a battle of 5 players, 1000 basic soldiers, 10 mercenaries vs. 6000 orcs. I play a lot of warhammer and I'm running the battle in turns using blocks or troops of 200. We play using a 1"x1" battle mat and I have each square measuring 100yards...

Half-elf ranger;female. She never knew her real name, but the people of the valley of Farmingsdown called her Nightblossem. Hunted by her own, abandoned by an ashamed mother(elf) for her crime against her kind, Lady Aluvar brought her daughter to the woods outside the human settlement from...

    What 3 Things?

To make our games more interesting... 1.)props, nothing scares a pc than taking watch for the night and I snap some sticks under the table instead of telling them, "you hear some twigs snap." 2.)random encounter/instances, I make lots of charts for the world we play in. 3.)beer, helps...

    Acererak and Orcus

I don't know if this helps but the entire bloodstone series of battlesystem delve into Orcus and his awesomeness. I'm currently building up to bloodstone pass for my group and I'm running a necromancer that was driven insane by saying Orcus over and over again in an attempt to call him. Only...

    Favorite vs. Best Adventure Modules

Under Illefarn is a great adventure, and is a great set off if you start in Daggerford as a militia member. I also like the lost city as it is rewarding to players that act impulsively with anti heroic moves. The entire against the giants series is awesome!

What ability should replace level drain? Here's a list.

I actually like level drain a lot. It makes sense that a creature so full of negative energy or the fact that it is the embodiment of death itself would effect the living so powerfully. It makes the world a scarier place to be in, and forces players to think about their actions. They will only...

In the PDF age all adventures should be compatible with all editions

TSR used to put conversion charts in the backs of different system/edition books to convert stats and such. Long gone are those wonderous days when producers cared about their customers and respected the idea of them playing different games than their main line.

What is fun about illusions? Fooling the players or the PCs?

In the great old deck of encounters there is a goblin being chased by and ogre. He runs to the players screaming, turns around and blows the ogre up with his "magic wand." of coarse it's all an illusion and the goblin just wants to get out of fighting the party, an maybe get a small toll from...

Do you have a "small superpower"?

I can set a timer, walk away from it and walk back to it with less then 3 seconds to spare. I also set my alarm clock and wake up 2-3 minutes before it goes off.

Average income of a social class?

In my campaigns I only have a few divisions of class. 1.)slaves-lowest level no income provided to them beyond a few GP a year at most. 2.)peasants-not slaves but not that much better off. Miners, Wood cutters, hunters, ingredient gatherers, Land owners (5-12 acre farm with minimal...

    Bad DMs/GMs

I really get peeved about DMs that read verbatim out of adventures, don't play any part of traveling(just say something like, "it took a week to travel through the thunder peaks to Suzail...", and do no more preparation towards game day, even pre-read the adventure that they are running. It...
