    Just a couple things: 1. As a reminder, You can spend a Hit Dice to light the beacon in a single action 2. I've already rolled how long it will take to light the beacon because I prefer it to be a surprise when it will light. 3. Two people striking will help it go faster.

    I feel like it would be more exciting to do initiative for this first round. Just to add a bit of randomness to the turns. I’m going to give the skeletons disadvantage on initiative since you guys made plans ahead of time and the skeletons get caught flat footed. Does that work for everyone?

    it sounds like havoc and stratus are moving halfway and dodging to act as a buffer and block Skellies while others move. Anson will attack and move twice. I’ll wait for the @Lidgar to declare their action

    You could. I added a map with coordinates. You could end up around H14 (or F14, depending on your route) which would put you a single move to the brazier next round. You can't move past those two pillars with the statue - you'd have to go around it.

    @Kobold Stew you don’t have enough movement to get to the brazier. It’s on a high platform on the north most side of the room. Also, cunning action doesn’t let you dodge. It only lets you hide, disengage or dash. Edit: I will try to update this map with coordinates today

    With a plan, the group enters the room. The noise raises the attention of the skeletons there and they begin to move towards you but more skeletons come from around the corner. Eight in total.
