Yeah, I’d say they’re silent. I’d have that ‘eerie feeling of being watched’ for people with high perception. Even describing people’s own shadows moving weirdly won’t really be enough to trigger an actual combat because that sort of creepy description fits the setting.

It’s a dc 10 dex check(acrobatics). If you fail, it’s a dc 12 dex save to avoid the spikes. You are currently in Benny’s fog so the enemy can’t see you but you can see them.

There’s literally no way for any enemies to interact with the fog so you will have full cover for the rest of the battle.
