I'm not entirely sure, but I would place them as sloops or schooners using the rules found in Corsair. Regardless, I would highly recommend that supplement if you're running Skull & Bones (or any naval campaign actually).

UK Role Players has a decent listing of games shops (and clubs) in the UK (in both the forums and the links section). In Bristol there's Travelling Man and Forbidden Planet really (I think there's one more, but can't remember - the last time I shopped in Bristol was just before Christmas)...

To be fair (to myself ;)), that's never happened. My character (Savanak) will always go with the majority decision, but he has his own views and is pretty set in his ways (I purposely made him as a 30+ year old human when the rest of the group were low-to-mid 20s). Maybe it's a bit too difficult...
