I agree. The instructions on what information is needed and how to submit a fan site was a little lacking. As I said further upthread, I submitted a site (by email) but have no idea if I emailed the right person or even if it was received never mind considered by the judges.

Unfortunately, I think that is very unreasonable and will, IMHO, result in even fewer entries, not encourage them! I know I wouldn't take part in an awards setup if I had to pay to enter. Indeed, it would cheapen my opinion of them. Awards categories should be a broad spectrum of entries, not...
