EL of this encounter -- my Players stay out

How is it metagaming? "Hey guys, remember the last time we did something that summoned a critter to stop us, and it showed up again after we killed it? Maybe this is like that time." Seems perfectly in character to me.

    Enchantment equaliviant

If he's using Drow poison, it's save or unconciousness, which, in situations like that, is effectively save or die.

    I've got a BIG stick!

A quarterstaff is not a polearm, it's a double bladed club.

What would be in a Celestial Host?

Not that it's relevant to the makeup of the army, but I'd expect the Armies of Good to have an advantage in that they can trust their other comrades, wheras the Forces of Evil must worry, not only about the enemy, but also the possibility of their fellow soldiers trying something in a play for...

Players who don't like to make up characters?

So give her classes like that. I think the wild mage is a "roll to cast" type. Or a bard. Or possible an Artificer.

How have you gotten rid of unwanted players?

Actually, it tastes like bitter almonds, which is completely different from normal almonds. And it tastes like bitter almonds because bitter almonds have cyanide in them to begin with.

    Spells for a MBEG

There is, I think in FR the feat "Spell Thematics" that makes your spells fit a certain idiom, when cast. It also increases the Spellcraft DC to figure out what spells they are. For instance, if you had a bird theme, with Spell Thematics, magic missile might manifest as a small bird of energy...

Little Powergaming Rules That Slip By

Of course, no matter how unlikely it is to actually hit, even being able to threaten at 5 ft is handy.

What would be in a Celestial Host?

The Generals would be the Solars, bar none.

    Help me make a cowboy.

Also, were I you, I'd use ranged attacks as my combat role. Use the fact that the mount does the moving for you, and zip in, toss a javelin or two, and run back out again. The Deinonychus has a 60 ft speed (assuming that's what you're basing the velociraptor on). and most things won't get to...

    What alignment is Baltar?

    I figure he's Chaotic Horny.

Dur. I missed that last part.

    Effects of being an outsider.

If he's a native outsider, that's it really. If he leaves his native plane, he may be subject to summoning/banishment, but I'm not sure.

What you can tend to get if damage attaches penalties. If you say that damage leads to a penalty to attack and AC, then if you get hit first, your chances to hit back drop, and your chance to get hit AGAIN increase. And if the penalties are cumulative, then you get hit once, you're likely to...

    Paladin Equipments

I'm glad to see that someone liked my item enough to keep a copy of it. Though now that I check the guidelines, it should probably be 1,750 gp, or less.

    Paladin Equipments

Those look a BIT cheap to me. The +1 natural armor bonus would be 2,000 gp, and fire resistance 10 is 18,000 gp on armor, so fire resistance 5 for only 3,000 gp seems low to me. But, if they're a real item, they certainly fit the character. Also, I'd suggest a Cloak of Charisma +2 for 4,000...

But there's the anti-anti-anti-improved grapple technique, which is to ALSO have reach, to match that of the grappler.
