    Cost of Magic Item Enchanment

I'd call it a +6 or +7 enchantment. 1d4 averages to 2.5 con per hit. Which would require Wounding stacked three times on a weapon. Add another +1 to get the stun (and that's inexpensive, really)

    Mithral Celestial Armor?

A question I had. Celestial armor is +3 chainmail with some other goodies attached, it's exceptionally fine, light, and so on. Now, it has a max dex of +8, ACP of -2 and counts as light armor, etc... Normal chainmail has a max dex of +2, and ACP of -5 Mithral would add 2 to the max dex, and...

Two different types of damage reduction, which applies?

OR, not both. So, In that case, I'd say it counts as silver, as 10/silver is more than 5/Cold Iron, making silver more appropriate. But that's just not me.

    Two Weapon Rend: weak?

You are correct, I misread that part. Still, it's not much better without a good strength score, and most finesse types (like a rogue, for instance) won't get much benefit, it seems. What then, would people reccommend in its place then?

    Two Weapon Rend: weak?

It could just be me, but I think so. For the cost of a feat, you add a single d6 + half strength damage. But, most TWF characters don't ramp up their Strength the way a double hander will, so they'll have a moderate strength, most likely. And as late as they can get it, 11th level at the...

Two different types of damage reduction, which applies?

They'd get 10/Magic and Silver, and 5/Cold Iron. If struck with a great big, steel sword, or normal magic steel sword, it's 10 less from damage. If it's hit with a magica and silver weapon, the cold iron DR still reduces 5 from the damage. They overlap, but do not stack. The only way to...

You don't really need the craft ring feat do you?

What does it say as prereqs for crafting the ring? Does it say "Forge Ring" or just that you need to know Arcane Mark?

Also, have intel guys in the town as well, looking out for them. There's a fair chance that the party will go through the town, to try to get the lay of the land, etc.. If the military sees them there, they can move against them before the party would be prepared.

Something else, if you want to be subtle. IR lights, and IR goggles on the troops. It's great illumination, but outside of the visual spectrum, so if they don't think about it, they'll think they're sneaking through the deepest darkness, when in reality, they'll be well and thoroughly illuminated.

What do you find in a city of aberrations?

Weird Gravity. You know that M. C. Escher drawing with all the staircases, or the scene from the Labyrinth. Something like that.

Ah. Well, in that case, just some light barbed wire obstacles around the sides. If easily available, switchbacks (or a true wall) of jersey walls on the road, to prevent someone from charging up in a vehicle, and also to provide cover. Likewise sandbags barriers. A wall of concertina wire...

First thing to do, is set up defenses to limit the number of entry points. Concrete barricades or dragon's teeth backed by a multi-layer razorwire topped fence. Good illumination so they can't sneak in at night. Machinegun nests at the road and corners of the encampment. If they've had time...
