I think Redcloak is a "good" villan. He works to keep the plan going, cares for his troops / minions, etc. Xylon however... He's so powerful it doesn't matter thahe's completely incompetent. It's like the reason I like Magneto and don't like Dr. Doom.

I'd say Sharn: City of Towers ist a must. Five Nations is good if you want extra detail on the big nations, and the Player's Guide has to be the best handout for players ever :D
