Nope, I didn't post it, and all I can remeber ist the I bookarked it - but due to a reinstall of my system, I've lost the bookmark... It was about how someone had adapted AU / AE to an oriental setting, that's all I can remember... :(

Hi guys, I seem to recall seeing a thread somewhere here on the board about using Arcana Unearthed / Evolved in a oriental setting. Problem is, I can't find it - anybody know where I can get hold of it? Thanx, -IT

This is getting interesting! How about adding Mongooses "Chaos Magic" to the whole "tainted" idea. Or use it as the "true" magic, magic that can't normally be used inside the sphere, bacause the creators of the sphere tried to lock out the magic of the true gods (Explains why they're remote)...

How can you go by canon in a game that A.) Keeps on contradicting itself (like oWoD) or B.) claims to HAVE no true canon / metaplot (like nWoD)?

Basically, while I - and my players - like D&D Miniatures, the fact that you can't use Player Characters in the game makes it somewhat unsuitable for what we need. And "Mass combat systems" lack the "Miniatures game" appeal that we'd like to have.

I'm trying to work with the damn manual on my lap, all I'm getting as result is a headache...

Just tried the demo, and I'm not quite sure it's what I want. It looks like it's a tool for building adventures and the maps to go with them, while I'm looking for something to do my setting maps with...

Can anybody recomend me a good piece of map-Making Software that is easy to use? I just tried to use CC2 Pro, and I think that stuff leaking on the floor could be brainfluid... ;) Seriously though, I think the CC is just too complicated for me, I just wanna make some maps... -IT
