Hmmm... how about giving it an ability similar to the earth elemental mage ? What it lacks is an ability with a recovery time that depends on the number of present mages.
It could possess the ability to conjure a small geyser underneath the target, making it lose its footing and/or propel it...
Yeah, I know that. What I meant was to post the statistics, such ability modifiers, special abilities and such and such, like a normal template. It's kinda hard to extract all the template's info from a monster.
Here's my take:
Practiced Warrior [General]
Prerequisites: Proficiency with martial weapons, Weapon Specialization.
Benefit: Your equivalent fighter level is treated as 4 levels higher in terms of feat selection.
Special: One of the fighter's bonus feats
Greetings Helium3,
I would like to know more about the other contructs. Can you please give a short description for each of them, excluding the ones for Thoon, of course ?
Thanks in advance

Well, I've made a grey dragon right here and I believe that the Dragonlance Campaign Setting has a grey dragon template, which is considered a degenerating template, if you're craving to use a grey dragon soon in your game.
Hold that thought, the original might be cooler than my homebrewed version.
Here are the DND stats for several alien races in the cartoon Ben 10:
Petrosapien (Diamondhead)
• +2 str, +2 con, +2 wis
• Medium Monstrous Humanoid (earth)
• Speed 30 ft.
• Darkvision 60 ft.
• Natural armor +5
• DR equal to 1/- per 2 character levels (maximum DR 10/- at 20th level)
• Reactive...
You got it.
Oh, and for skills, I suggest Appraise, Bluff and Intimidate for class skills.
Suggestions for spell-like abilities: color spray, rainbow pattern, lucent lance (sounds good), light, daylight
Hmmm... I'm not too sure about this one. Its scales can already blind targets. We could limit it the attended target of the breath weapon though.
Prismatic Spray doesn't a viable option, especially for a non-epic dragon. In the prismatic dragon's case, its high DC made it a real challenge, but...
D'OH *facepalm*
I should learn to actually read stuff before posting. I read something like: "The rainbow dragon is one of the most powerful of all nonevil-dragons".
Woops...
