I have an idea for a full-blooded Sidhe Hexblade. I was thinking a neutral Ban'an Sidhe, but I'm not familiar enough with the setting (though I'm familiar with celtic Sidhe mythos) to know if that's implausible. How does that sound to you?

The above posters are right. Psionic powers count as spells for dispel magic. So if the DM made a dungeon that had walls loaded with dispel magic runes that effectively made the area a giant antimagic field, it also applies to psionics. I think your DM is a total foghat for creating a dungeon...
