agreed with arkhandus this is a halfling whose traded in a half dozen nice bonuses for +2 spot and search at least give them powerful build or something so they arent so small

i proposed this here a while back (using power attack as an example) i remember several people were against it because it allowed for very high ACs. so if you find ACs getting too high, try +3 AC for each -2 attack
