Rule Change I propose that the rule number 2 "No discussion of any novels." Be changed to allow for threads to be opened for the sole purpose of novel discussion. The rule was originally set inplace to appease the Tyrants at the WotC boards. But now that they no longer reign over us I believe...

Bandits! I can't count how many times i've been forced to raid a bandit lair or defeat a bandit leader! So many DMs and computer games use that plot, but it never really gets boring if ya ask me. "Whats that you say? A Bandit lair! Adventurers, AWAY!"

Well, sounds like a "constitution" to me. I believe CE should have a vote as all Council Members do, but the power to veto something he strongly disagrees with if the vote was close. He should also maintain the right to make as flashy an entrance as he wants. ;)

I propose that we open a new council spot. The GMF has gotten big with 40+ members and I think one Council member for every 7 members sounds acceptable. Until I finish my draft of the Council Members Thread II, I will continue to update this page. With so many changes in the past several months to so many faccets of the GMF many previous propositions have been placed on hold waiting for a CM to reopen them (such a proposition must be seconded)...
