Saiya-jin are characters from the anime Dragonball Z. They hail from a far off planet, have monkey tails, are ridiculously strong, and turn into giant apes at the full moon.

While Glaurung was the Father of Dragons, I believe that Ancalagon the Black, the first winged dragon was the greatest dragon ever. This list must have Glaurung (wingless), Smaug the Golden (red, or maybe a homemade combination of red and gold) and Ancalagon the Black (black of course).

Diablo I monsters were awesome. Everything from the Succubi to the Illusion Weavers was well thought out. However, I couldn't convert a monster to save my life, so I plea for some conversions.

Death-trees Yeah, it wouldn't kill in someone's mouth, but I imagine a tree growing the the limit of it's evironment (your stomach or lungs) would be quite painful.
