Might I see this race calc? Does it include non-core races?

Ever see 28 Days Later? The gist of it was that (these are very minor spoilers, but I wanted to be safe)

If I were to start a 1st level Githyanki fighter in a party of 3rd level characters, do I include my LA+2 and start off with 2,700 gold, or get a 1st level fighter's starting cash? It seems to me that it'd leave my character severely underpowered if I didn't get the third level cash.

I'm planning on playing a monk soon, and Githzerai, eh...? I get free AC, so I can munchkin out with the -1 AC flaw and get a balanced out feat. Free wisdom and dex, which every monk needs... The psionics aren't looking too great though, as monks already get slow fall. I guess I could Feather...

So apparently, everyone thinks the dwarf is good. I just want to know why half-halfings and half-dwarves aren't core.

So, what fixes do you apply to the weakest races, if any in your campaign?

Well, I saw the class topic and I figured -- why not a race topic? I know the races all are suited for different classes, but in general, which race has the best abilities?

I voted You Only Live Twice. For one thing, it was my first Bond movie and the only one I can remember very well. Secondly, it had ninjas. Thousands of them.

This stuff is really great; keep up the good work. I think I'd buy a module if it was published. You might want to think about moving to General, you'd get more responses and it doesn't really fit here.

A word of caution... if you're going to put a lot of work into a villian, make sure the combat doesn't last one round. Give him a contingent spell or some minions to summon.

Be sure to include a few elements from the movies as well: If it weren't for the 3rd movie, we wouldn't have HP metamagic!

For this problem, I'd give a Fort Save bonus to HP and a Reflex save bonus to AC, maybe nudge attacks to be a little more accurate and damaging if needed.
