    I don't agree. Pouches are not included into clothing, so the can be disarmed.

    Though it is rare, since I consider it an evil act, we just use this rules. Turture Rules Maybe modified by this: Modifiers for Torture They really work nice, you'll make them talk for sure. Just pick your torturing instrument.
