The thread in 4e General on the WotC forums on this topic seems to have been closed or deleted. Probably because the last several pages of discussion was just people asking for Private Messages about where to find the extra-legal versions of the offline builder.

Because I'm not exactly sure about the legality, they are certainly against the original offline Character Builder's terms of service. There is a community of people that have modified the offline builder to accept custom content, but I'm fairly certain I've seen moderators on ENworld ask users...

I would disagree. Hypnotism forces the target enemy to attack a creature of the caster's choice, the target itself is a creature, so it is a valid target. If the power said "attack another creature of the caster's choice", the above interpretation would be correct.

There isn't a need for errata for this feat, as the rules were updated to limit characters to just one free action attack per round. So swordmages with this feat could only attack one adjacent enemy when they fey step, even if they ended their teleport adjacent to three enemies. EDIT: D'oh...
