I like the racial bonuses. A Goliath should naturally be stronger on average than a gnome. Classes get the majority of features; races would blur together even more without ability bonuses.

I would disagree with your premise that Strength makes you hit things faster. Strength is power, not speed. Dexterity determines quickness. Look at the ability descriptions.

These are great ideas. Most are themes in the Courrs of the Shadow Fey book but definitely worth detailing out for the masquerade.

I love that. Characters who fail at some etiquette or are not Fey origin or don’t have status to be at the masquerade are polymorphed.
