    Ye old Birthright

There's no organized community effort for Birthright 4e. The 3e conversion was a titanic work and I think no one wants to volunteer to perform that again. But people are free to post and discuss their 4e ideas for a conversion and put them in the wiki is they see it fit (lot of people are doing...

    Ye old Birthright

Birthright.net has a looot of resources that are version independant. Most of the most interesting talks are just about the setting, medieval history,...

    Ye old Birthright

I talked to Arjan (B.net administrator) some weeks ago: the hard disk died and the server where B.net was hosted is moving, so until the move finishes everything will continue down :( A pitty, it was a great source of Birthright information (but I hope it will come back online).

WWG MEGAsale & TerrainlinX/Himmelveil Big Reveal!

Congrats on the release! The two new sets look amazing. And also congrats on the TerrainLinx instructions they are as professional as the sets. In general, a very well executed work, it shows you love it Denny.

    Gaming Terrain, Tiles, and Battlemats

I use paper terrain from WorldWorks Games. Their terrain quality (texturing, details,...) is awesome and it's not too hard to build. And they are preparing a really big release with TerrainLinx that has features that sound totally awesome. I really want to see what they have on their sleeve...

    Stifling Innovation

I'm going to disagree with the "harder to find copies of the rules" part. Most RPGs have PDF versions, there are plenty of online stores that sell second hand books (Amazon, NKG, T&T,...), you can check your local store,... Unless it's something really old or really weird, finding copies of...

What can MMORPGs teach us about world building?

You have to play Eve Online then, that MMORPG is well, crazy big.

What's in a name? Cyphers in fantasy

One thing: at least in Spanish those types of names (Macetail Behemoth) sound horrible when translated.

DMs: What program(s) do you use to track your campaign?

I use OneNote too, it's an amazing program (and I have a TabletPC, it makes it even more awesome :)).

    Metallic Dragons: Unaligned!?

The Deva Knight-Errant is Good aligned. Maybe there are more, but honestly, I never cared about that part of the stat block :)

DDI Character Builder and OS X (or Linux)

Building web stuff is harder than building windows stuff. They choose the easiest solution that covered the biggest part of the market, they did a perfect decision from my point of view. If they had chosen a web-based platform, then this thread would be about how it doesn't look right on a...

Xbox 360 - I have one. What should I play?

I'll have to disagree in some points: forget about Fable 2, it's boring as hell. And get Mass Effect, that game is a jewel :) Naruto games are nice if you like that manga. Castle Crashers (XBLA) is very fun too.

GMs, What Plots do you use a lot?

I tent to abuse assassination plots: NPC X is really important and is targeted by this group of very evil people. Also planar related things (invasions, creatures, searches...) are pretty common in my games. About monsters, I love displacer beasts, they are like the definitive predator/stalker...

    My name is "Defendant Radzikowski"

I add my vote to the "get a lawyer" option. Each country is a different world regarding this subject: for example in Spain sharing a physical or digital product is totally legal as long as there's no profit involved.

    The Grand New Xbox Experience

The NXE has allowed also to add the Community Games as first class citiziens in the XBox interface (pretty important for the XNA developers community). And so far, XBox Live games sales have increased by a 300%, specially in games that use Avatars (so people seem to be liking them).

Looking for a gaming store in NYC

Oxford Comics in Atlanta is really huge too, with a looot of material :) (I found really old things there). And there is one very big near San Francisco too, but I couldn't visit it (and I don't remember the name :( ). Regards!

Looking for a gaming store in NYC

I was on holidays there like 15 days ago and the best store I could find was "The Complete Strategist". For me (I'm from Spain) the shop was simply amazing :) http://www.thecompleatstrategist.com/ Regards

OneNote a GMs holy grail :) (In case youve never used MS OneNote)

I love OneNote too. Specially with a TabletPC, it's just like having an infinite notebook :) And one comment, on Windows Vista you have a tool called "Snipping Tool" to take clips of certain parts of the screen.
