One spell my dragons love is Sncintillating Scales or some such form spell Compendium. Makes their mnatural ac a deflection bonus, which helps with touch attacks and really screws mages targeting them with touch spells.

You cannot target the same target more than once with an ability or spell. That is a basic rule of targeting.

That is how I understand it also. Good and powerful, but being able to do such 3 touch attacks against one target would be too powerful.

They work fine for casters, and decently for rogues. I've never had one in my party, as my party tends to stay with PHB races, but I might allow them. Races of the Dragon can beef them up quite a bit. thye can be eve mroe powerful with Venerable age and some cheese.

The psionic feats is Invest armor, which requires Heavy Armor Optimization, whcih requires 4 BAB. And only works in heavy armor. The scary thing is with Shield ward and that feat, you can end up with a touch AC equal to your normal Ac as magical bonuses count also. Nice against touch spells...

No, never. Once in my lifetime? Feats are too valuable for that, and it only takes you to -9. If it healed me totally, I might take it, or at least consider it. That would be more balanced. And I would not allow anyone to retrain it away after using it, either :)

Yes, that would be good. Horses are scary tough at low levels, but by level 5 they are a joke. Great cleave fodder for a fighter.
