With D&D entering its 51st year of existence, there's lots of old monsters that have yet to make it to 5e. The banshee has a Horrify action, but the text description of it says that a creature succeeding on the save is immune to the "Horrifying Touch". Same with the erinyes' Infernal Sword in the multiattack and Withering Sword in the attack name, and the lich, which has the Spirit Jar trait...
