There's a good fan conversion of Dark Sun for OSE, too. But I'd be interested to see what modern designers do with the setting. Not that I have much faith in WotC doing something that's on my wavelength, but I'd still be curious.

How are you liking Spire? I love the setting (how could one not?) but I haven't messed with the system yet. I've been really into running FitD so in theory I'd like the Resistance system, but something about it doesn't quite click in my head.

Goodman Games and DCC are decidedly more chill than you're being. And it's not like DCC players need some overwrought DnDBeyond tool or similar to keep playing. If they say they can make more stuff, that's really all that matters. If they get sued anyway, that's for them to worry...

This video with Erik Mona, specifically at the 20 minute mark, strongly suggests that Paizo was not aware of any of this until late last month, and is still trying to figure out what to say—but that they'll have a major announcement. He's also clearly not happy about any of it.
